By making a booking request, you agree to the following terms:

All damage to the pitch, goals, changing areas, equipment, fencing, or surrounding areas must be reported to Burray Football Club as soon as possible.
The person making the booking is responsible for the behaviour of their team, group, spectators, and any other persons attending as part of the booking.
Any damage caused during the booking may be charged to the person, team, or group responsible.
The pitch and surrounding area must be left clean, tidy, and safe after use.
Burray Football Club reserves the right to close the pitch at any time due to weather conditions, pitch damage, maintenance requirements, safety concerns, or any other operational reason deemed necessary by the club.
All bookings will be invoiced monthly to the named booking contact provided during the booking process.
Payment must be received within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing by Burray Football Club.
Failure to make payment within the required period may result in all current and future bookings being cancelled or removed.
Burray Football Club reserves the right to refuse or suspend future bookings where outstanding invoices remain unpaid.
All bookings are for the training pitch only and do not include use of the main pitch unless this has been agreed in advance by the Burray Football Club committee.
Bookings are requests only until confirmed by Burray Football Club.
